Trying to create a view, not seeing MediaFront: Preset as a field option

I'm following:
http://www.mediafront.org/documentation/drupalmediafront-osm-cms-integra...

Installation: OK, MediaFront module added and enabled. Open Standard Media Player added and enabled in MediaFront: Players

Set up: OK - I created a preset, sticking with default settings

Displaying the player: - problem happens here.
Step 1: Creating a Block or Page View display
a. I created a view, called it "media"
b. On selecting type of display to add, I pick either "Block" or "Page" ("Media Player Page" and "Media Player Block" are not options in the Add Display menu).
PROBLEM: In the Fields section I am *not* seeing "MediaFront: Preset" as one of the options for Field type to add.

On the other hand, if I create a Block or Page display and in Basic Settings change Style to "Media Player", I can select my preset. If I do that, there are no Fields to choose from, but I can now create a block with a player.

Is this the correct way to create a block? Is the above documentation out of date?

Answered - I think

From http://www.mediafront.org/drupalconsf :
"Important Note: The views setup has changed since these videos have been recorded. Instead of creating a Media Player Page display or Media Player Block display, you will instead just create a normal Page display with a Style of Media Player. The same goes for the block, except you will create a Block display with a Media Player style. You also no longer need to add the MediaFront : Preset field."

All I need to do now is introduce the author of http://www.mediafront.org/drupalconsf to the author of http://www.mediafront.org/documentation/drupalmediafront-osm-cms-integra...

Meanwhile, I'll WTFV!

This helps a lot, but..

This helps a lot, but I'm still not sure how to create the playlist, and have that playlist added-to by users who upload videos. (excuse my ignorance, please)

THANKS for this 'Question/Answer' - it helped me out a lot! - Now if I can get the rest of the info I need, I'll be thrilled!
(the video tutorial is great - THANKS - Shouldn't it be updated, though?)

Ok, got it. Got to Content

Ok, got it.

Got to Content management > Content types > Edit Video > Manage fields
then create a new field and select Media Player as the field type.

Preset for block

"The same goes for the block, except you will create a Block display with a Media Player style. You also no longer need to add the MediaFront : Preset field"

How do I then set the preset for the block......

I would like to have a different preset then for the page display.

Preset

The choice to select a preset still appears after setting the style under basic. Make sure your save the right things and it appears.

Now, I've having trouble generating a playlist for the view... don't want to have anyone upload, I only want things to read from a directory. I can create an xml playlist, but don't know how to pass that parameter to the player in any particular node yet...
